Update (2010-10-23): I've just uploaded twitter-backup.sh.

I've written a very simple BASH script to backup my tweets.  It's very easy to use:

$ ./twitter-backup.sh
Usage ./twitter-backup.sh TWITTER-USERNAME
$ ./twitter-backup.sh mondalaci
